Profiles for plastic windows HORIZONT PS penta plus

 The HORIZONT PS^® penta plus profile system is already the fourth generation of our profiles, and it has many technical improvements, compared to its predecessors. The most remarkable is its heat insulation index
U_f = 1,08 W.m^-2.K^-1. This value ranks this profile among the best multi-chamber systems, and gives the best pre-requisite for a minimum heat leaks though the whole window.

The steel reinforcement is placed in the fifth chamber to minimize cooling of the interior side due to low exterior temperatures. Construction size is 75 mm for the frame and 80 mm for the casement.

Contemporary design with modern and dynamic style. Double bevelled edges of both frame and casement highlights the robust yet well-turned shapes of the window.

The rigidity of the window construction is guaranteed by sufficient space for a steel reinforcement, as well as by six ribs assuring for a perfect stiffness of the window and for easy manipulation. Security is guaranteed by moving the fittings groove to the centre of the profile, where it creates a very sufficient obstacle against forcible trespass.

The HORIZONT PS^® penta plus profile system is produced according to the CSN EN 12608 standard with wall thickness as specified in the highest class A. We use strictly primary material without harmful lead-based stabilizers.

The system variability enables use of several double and triple glazing unit sizes – from 24 to 40 mm. You might find this useful especially if you have higher than standard requirements regarding thermal or acoustic insulation. The filling is fixed with a seal inserted into a groove in the casement (laminated profiles), or with a coextruded seal, which is manufactured directly with the profile (white profiles). We offer more than twenty colours either imitating various types of wood, or basic selection from the wide palette of RAL colours, to match the individual requests of our customers.
